We are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to join our Hong Kong office. As part of a multi-disciplinary design team, you’ll be a interior designer, design researcher, and a project manager, all while working alongside other architects and engineers from different backgrounds. You’ll bring design excellence to support the wide spectrum of projects Keyestone is developing.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in interior design related business with minimum 3 years design practice in design companies and the rest in the management for Real Estate development sectors
- Luxurious residential/retail in China Project experience is required
- Sound knowledge in interior finishing materials / fittings and detailing
- Strong leadership and multiple project management skills
- Experience in leading, managing and mentoring subordinates
- Good communication skill with excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willing to Travel or station at designated project location in China
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and InDesign
- Knowledge of building construction, statutory and licensing requirement with strong and artistic graphic sense is an advantage
- Good CAD and Photoshop presentation skills
Job Description
- Assist Project Director to supervise and coordinate with external technical and design consultants to produce suitable design
- Coordinate all interior related consultants to facilitate the development of the project
- Check design drawings including selection of materials and make recommendations in all phases
- Support the process of tendering and recommendation for award as well as contract administration
- Monitoring quality control during construction and procurement of material production manufactured in factories by suppliers
- Managing project, coordinating site construction managers, contractor and consultants to supervise site interior construction works
- Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification

We are looking for a Communications Designer to join our Hong Kong office. As part of a multi-disciplinary design team, you’ll be a graphic designer, systems thinker, and design researcher, all while working alongside other architects and engineers from different backgrounds. You’ll bring design excellence to support the wide spectrum of projects Keyestone is developing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience with a BA in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or equivalent.
- Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (video editing skills are a major plus).
- Excellent communication skills – visual, written and verbal (English and Chinese).
- Have an enthusiastic interest in how art, design and architecture can have a positive impact on our cities and local communities.
- You’re at home working across any format – you’re able to make a book, video, exhibition, or website depending on what feels right for the question at hand.
- Thoroughly organised and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of social media and understanding of web platforms.
- Personable, good fun and someone who enjoys their work, taking on new challenges and meeting new people.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver new visual and written communication for new projects; this will include branding, photography, video, website, logos, social media and marketing.
- Produce original marketing content (visual and written) for Keyestone and existing projects, to be published regularly on relevant physical and digital channels.
- Assist with development of events and exhibitions - including marketing, curation, documentation, planning, preproduction and delivery.
